Finally, some good news for the injury-ravaged Titans.

He’s coming back from arthroscopic knee surgery.

Each player received the lowest tender ($656,323), except Hartwig, who will anchor Tennessee’s O-line. Hall is an interesting IDP player, and we expect this entire group back with the Titans.

Tennessee will be interested in keeping Hall, but aren’t likely to talk anytime soon. Hall will be a restricted free agent after this season.

The team will rest him a few days to see if his swelling goes down.

With Tennessee on a bye, he may not miss a game. He’ll return November 14th.

Hall can’t stay healthy. “Carlos didn’t play enough to evaluate,” Vermeil said after Saturday’s. “All I’ve seen of him is in the training room. Right now, he’s a disappointment.’' So has Kendrell Bell and Patrick Surtain, who was burned repeatedly Saturday.

Because Hall is a restricted free agent, he cannot easily join another team. The Titans can match any offer Hall receives or will receive a draft pick in return for letting him sign elsewhere. This is why a trade may be Hall’s best bet of leaving Tennessee.
