The former Raven had four tackles in limited action Sunday. Desperate IDP leaguers needing a one-week pickup could tap Sapp.

Sapp was a sixth-round pick of Baltimore’s in 2003 before joining the Colts and being a special teams standout. He adds depth to a thin safety spot in Baltimore. The pick is probably a late-round selection that will depend on Sapp’s playing time.

He’s not a crucial part of the Colts defense.

The Notre Dame alumnus finished what may be his last year in Baltimore with 16 tackles and two sacks. Sapp will be eligible for free agency in March.
