Beavers

Beavers (5'10/186) was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Panthers last year after running a 4.37 forty at Delaware. While the former Blue Hen (along with Joe Flacco) does possess intriguing kick-return skills, he won’t make a crowded roster in New Orleans.

Beavers is tiny at 5'10/167, but he averaged 39.5 yards per kickoff return and an astonishing 29.2 per punt return as a senior. Though he went undrafted after running a 4.37 at Delaware, Beavers received a hefty signing bonus with Carolina.

Beavers was perhaps the fastest player in Saints camp, but isn’t very good at actual football. He should still get a look elsewhere for practice squads.
