Michigan received a verbal commitment from four-star 2019 DE Mike Morris, who had previously been committed to Florida State.
In addition to Florida State, Morris also had offers from schools like Clemson, Florida and several other high-profile schools. The 6-foot-5, 255-pound defender ranks 22nd on 247 Sports’ composite list of strong-side defensive ends, and the Delray Beach native ranks 44th among prospects in the loaded state of Florida. Another big get for Jim Harbaugh and the Wolverines’ defensive coaching staff.
