  • NO Defensive End #58

Rumph entered the NFL as a 2021 fourth-round pick with the Chargers, then led by former head coach Brandon Staley. Rumph, unfortunately, suffered a season-ending foot injury in November 2023 and an undisclosed season-ending injury in August 2024. After the Saints hired Staley as their new defensive coordinator in 2025, they reunited the pair by signing Rumph. He notched career highs in solo tackles (33) and TFLs (six) while totaling 11 quarterback pressures and two sacks.
  • NO Running Back #32
He’ll compete with Devin Neal for a backup role behind new No. 1 back Travis Etienne, assuming the Saints don’t add to the room in the draft. Chandler showed some pop in his 2023 season, averaging 4.5 yards per carry, but he tumbled to 2.8 last year. He’s likely a fringe roster player at this point.
  • NO Offensive Lineman #77
Radunz played 699 snaps for a banged-up Saints offensive line last season. He lined up almost entirely at left guard, though he took a handful of snaps at right guard. He earned a 64.3 PFF pass-blocking grade and a 49.1 PFF run-blocking grade.
  • NO Running Back #41
“We’d like to go through that process, certainly,” Moore said, rather unhelpfully. “And so we feel, obviously we know Alvin means a lot to us. Again, we’re three days into this thing, we signed Travis (Etienne) and we’ll go through that process.” Alrighty then. Moore also declined comment completely on rumors Kamara might retire. That kind of cagey language certainly suggests Moore does not expect Kamara back with the squad for 2026, either via release or retirement. Fully entrenched with the Saints for the better part of a decade, it’s an open question whether Kamara would be willing to play elsewhere, especially for what would undoubtedly be a low guaranteed base salary.
  • NO Tight End #87
Moreau has shown some versatility in the past, catching up to 33/420/2 in his time with the Raiders, but was targeted just 10 times in 253 offensive snaps with the Saints after coming back from a late-season knee injury in 2024. He’ll turn 29 in May.
  • NYJ Kicker #36
He’ll likely be in a kicking competition after Nick Folk fled the Jets for the Falcons this week. York didn’t attempt any field goals in the league last year after bouncing between two teams in 2024. The fourth-round pick of the Browns has hit just 33 of his first 45 NFL field-goal attempts.
  • CLE Tight End #88
You better not wait on a blocking tight end in free agency, folks, the new meta is here. Stoll, 28, played 15 games for the Saints last year and was targeted 11 times in 209 snaps. He’s here to forge holes, not catch balls.
  • NO Linebacker #55
Elliss gets $23 million guaranteed in a contract carrying a max value up to $39 million. He returns to New Orleans, where he spent the first four years of his career as a backup. Spending the last three seasons as a starter for the Falcons, the 30-year-old tallied 3.5 sacks in 2025 with an 83.6 PFF pass rush grade, No. 4 among linebackers. Elliss will slot in as a starter with Demario Davis leaving the Saints this offseason.
  • NO Running Back #41
The Saints restructured Kamara’s contract last week, making it easier for them to move on from him this offseason if they choose to do so. They then signed Travis Etienne to a four-year, $52 million contract on the opening day of the legal tampering period. The Saints couldn’t make it more obvious that they are moving on from Kamara if they tried. The bigger question is whether he will retire or continue to play football on a new team. Schefter added that teams are tracking the situation, meaning there will likely be some GMs interested in signing or trading for Kamara if he doesn’t hang up the cleats. Kamara is best suited for primarily pass-catching duties at this point in his career, but plenty of teams could find a role for him in 2026.
  • NO Tight End #86
In his lone season with the Bengals, Fant posted career-lows in targets (41), receptions (34), and receiving yards (288) while playing behind Mike Gesicki. The 28-year-old tight end will now join the Saints in what will presumably be a TE2 role with Juwan Johnson still under contract through the 2027 season. Fant is a good enough athlete to create yards after the catch, but most of his plays come in the short areas of the field. He’ll make for a decent depth signing for the Saints but we wouldn’t expect a career resurgence at this point.
