Bears-Niners injury report

On Monday, the Bears and the 49ers produced estimated injury reports, based on what would have happened if the teams actually had practiced.

On Tuesday, the teams provided injury reports based on the actual results of practice.

For the Bears, safety Al Afalava (shoulder), safety Kevin Payne (back), and running back Garrett Wolfe (back) missed practice. Tight end Desmond Clark (neck), defensive tackle Tommie Harris (knee), and cornerback Charles Tillman (shoulder) participated on a limited basis.

For the 49ers, linebacker Takeo Spikes (shoulder) was a limited participant. Nine injured players fully participated: guard David Baas (shoulder), cornerback Tarell Brown (rib), tight end Vernon Davis (shoulder), running back Frank Gore (eye lid), receiver Jason Hill (ankle), safety Michael Lewis (quad), running back Michael Robinson (shoulder), safety Curtis Taylor (shin), and tight end Delanie Walker (shin/knee).
