The Jaguars aren’t doing any on-field work during their final day of minicamp on Thursday, opting to hold team meetings and take care of other business before breaking until training camp.
Some of that other business involved letting three members of the club know that they wouldn’t be part of the team when camp opens next month.
The Jaguars have waived safety Craig Loston, defensive end Quanterus Smith and cornerback Rashaad Reynolds. Loston played 19 games with the team over the last two seasons and recorded three tackles while Smith got 14 games of regular season experience with the Broncos during the 2014 season. Reynolds has been on the Jaguars’ injured reserve and practice squad over the last two years.
Two players have been signed to fill out the roster. Punter Ryan Quigley, who spent some time with the Eagles after being on the Jets from 2013 to 2015, and wide receiver Shane Wynn have been signed.
The roster now stands at 89 players, giving Jacksonville one spot to fill heading into camp.
