Facing a short turnaround in advance of Thursday’s game at New England, the Jets held a walk-through practice Monday, making their daily injury report just an estimation, per NFL policy.
However, the Jets did list three players as non-participants in the walk-through, most notably wide receiver Greg Salas, who has wrist and ankle injuries, according to the club.
Salas played 47 of the Jets’ 63 offensive snaps in Sunday’s loss to Denver, catching one pass for 27 yards on three targets. He also played 11 special teams snaps.
Linebacker Trevor Reilly (knee) also was a non-participant on Monday. Reilly saw action on 23 special teams snaps Sunday while also taking five defensive reps for New York (1-5).
The third non-participant was offensive guard Brian Winters, who has been placed on injured reserve after suffering a torn ACL on Sunday. Cornerback Dee Milliner (Achilles) was also put on IR Monday.
Jets players listed as limited Monday were tight end Jace Amaro (knee), safety Josh Bush (quadriceps), offensive guard Willie Colon (knee), wide receiver Eric Decker (hamstring), linebacker David Harris (shoulder), wide receiver David Nelson (ankle) and cornerback Darrin Walls (knee).
Right tackle Breno Giacomini (back), defensive tackle Damon Harrison (ankle) and tailback Chris Johnson (ankle) were full participants in the walk-through.
