A man that pleaded guilty to robbing Texans cornerback Dunta Robinson at gunpoint in 2007 received a quarter century in prison Friday.

The Houston Chronicle reports that Robinson’s ingenuity led to the imprisonment of his assailants. Two cousins, Roderick and Terrance Johnson, robbed Robinson at his suburban Houston home. One held and tied Robinson at gunpoint while the other stole cash and jewelery.

Robinson somehow convinced his assailants to remove bandanas from their faces during the ordeal, which allowed him to later identify them.

Terrence Johnson was arrested soon after the robbery when he was seen wearing Robinson’s watch. He received a 25-year sentence in 2008. Roderick Johnson was apprehended six months later and was finally sentenced Friday.
