Dolphins safety Quintin Williams was arrested on DUI and drag racing charges Thursday.
He was driving 111 mph on an interstate with teammate and passenger Travares Tillman. He was racing a woman who claimed to be a Dolphins cheerleader, but team officials deny that she was a cheerleader.
