    Ravens signed LB Stevie Baggs.
A former CFL standout, Baggs has never cracked a 53-man roster, and hasn’t even been in an NFL camp since 2010. He’ll be lucky if he survives the Ravens’ first wave of cuts.

Cardinals signed Saskatchewan Rough Riders OLB Stevie Baggs, the CFL’s co-leader in sacks in 2009.
Baggs tied for the sack lead (12) with British Columbia’s Rickey Foley, who is also drawing NFL interest this week. With Bertrand Berry retiring and Chike Okeafor set to reach free agency, the Cardinals need candidates to fill the void at pass rusher.

    Cardinals waived OLB Stevie Baggs.
At least Cameron Wake is still carrying the torch for Canada. Baggs tied Ricky Foley, released by the Jets earlier in the day, for the CFL sack lead last season. Both pass rushers are undersized for the NFL.

The Cardinals reportedly called free agent OLB Stevie Baggs on Monday hoping to sign him, but the CFL star turned down the offer.
Baggs signed with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats after Arizona waived him in early September, and decided to stay in Canada after the Cardinals asked for him back. It’s probably for the best, as Baggs is too undersized to make an impact at the NFL level aside from special teams. He can keep rushing the passer in the CFL.
