Tony Hollings, still recovering from a bruised knee, will be limited in Texans practice today.
Hollings’ status is totally uncertain for this week. Even with Domanick Davis also hurt, it appears Hollings won’t be healthy enough to carry the load. His owners should watch practice reports closely.

Tony Hollings was cleared to play Sunday after missing two weeks with a bruised knee.
Hollings worked with the first team offense on Thursday. With Domanick Davis looking less likely to play, expect Hollings to split carries with Jonathon Wells on Sunday. Expect Hollings to earn more carries. He’s worth owning in all leagues and is a flex option this weekend.

Tony Hollings said if Friday was a game-day, he would have been ready to play.
The Texans backup was added to the injury list as questionable late in the week with irritation in his knee. It doesn’t appear too serious, but he’ll be a game-time decision.

Tony Hollings is expected to miss Sunday’s game because of a knee injury suffered at practice yesterday.
The Texans are awaiting MRI results, but this doesn’t sound good. Hollings injured the knee during non-contact drills, the same knee he tore at Georgia Tech in 2002. Hollings says he can tell it’s not the same injury. Wait for test results, but a serious setback would make it safe to drop Hollings in most re-draft leagues.

Tony Hollings was added to the injury list as questionable with a knee injury this week.
He didn’t practice Friday and will likely be a game-time decision. The Texans say he has “irritation” in his right knee. That could be anything. He’s obviously not a fantasy option this week, but we haven’t heard about his MRI results yet.

Jonathon Wells will be Domanick Davis’ backup today. It helps Davis’ value a bit.

Tony Hollings, questionable with a knee injury, is expected to miss his second straight game with a bruised knee.
Hollings has been doing light running and reported improvement in the knee, which he injured September 16th. Domanick Davis will continue to carry a heavy load in Houston.

Tony Hollings left tonight’s game with a thigh bruise.
No word on the severity. Both Domanick Davis and Hollings look injury prone.
  • NYJ Running Back
Tony Hollings believes he’ll be ready to play in week one.
Hollings left last night’s game with a thigh bruise, but says the injury isn’t serious.
  • NYJ Running Back
Tony Hollings was inactive for week six because of the team’s game plan, not health.
“We felt it was in our best interest to have a third tight end as opposed to a third running back,” coach Dom Capers said. Even with Domanick Davis ailing, Hollings has very little fantasy value right now.
