Titans FB Troy Fleming underwent arthroscopic knee surgery on Monday.
He’s expected to miss up to two weeks. Fleming has no fantasy value.

Travis Henry won’t suit up again until the Broncos’ regular-season opener.
Cecil Sapp, undrafted rookie Selvin Young, and fullback Troy Fleming will see the vast majority of carries with Mike Bell and Andre Hall also hobbled. Henry, who has a sprained knee, is still expected to be healthy by Week 1.
  • DEN Wide Receiver
Broncos released WR David Terrell, DT Demetrin Veal, K Brandon Pace, RB Cedric Cobbs, FB Troy Fleming, and TE Teyo Johnson.
With the emergence of young wide receivers Domenik Hixon and Brian Clark, Terrell was expendable. Cobbs was brought in a few days ago as short-term insurance behind ailing backs Mike Bell and Travis Henry.

Panthers signed FB Troy Fleming, formerly of the Broncos.
Carolina is in search of a new starting lead blocker, but Fleming’s strength is on special teams. He’ll be in the hunt for a roster spot this summer.
  • CAR Running Back
Panthers released RBs LaBrandon Toefield and DeCori Birmingham and FB Troy Fleming.
The Energizer bunny, Nick Goings, stays on as the team’s No. 3 running back. Toefield’s short-yardage window of opportunity in Carolina closed as soon as the team selected Jonathan Stewart in the draft.

The Titans select Tennessee fullback Troy Fleming with the 191st pick of the NFL Draft.
The Titans continue to get good value in the draft with the top fullback available. Fleming will open holes (for Eddie George?) and replace Robert Holcombe when he becomes a free agent.
  • CAR Running Back
The Titans signed FB Troy Fleming to a three-year deal.
The best fullback in the draft hopes to eventually replace Robert Holcombe in the Tennessee backfield.
