STAMFORD, Conn. – Feb. 8, 2023 – NBC Sports continues its coverage of the 2023 Guinness Six Nations Rugby Championship this weekend, Saturday, Feb. 11 and Sunday, Feb. 12, with Round 2 matches of the world’s oldest rugby championship streaming live exclusively on Peacock.
This weekend’s coverage begins Saturday at 9:15 a.m. ET on Peacock as defending champion France, who topped Italy, 29-24 in Round 1, visit Ireland, who defeated Wales, 34-10 last weekend. Next at 11:45 a.m. ET on Saturday, Scotland host Wales live on Peacock. CNBC will present encore coverage of Ireland-France at 1 p.m. ET and Scotland-Wales at 3 p.m. ET on Saturday.
On Sunday, England host Italy live at 10 a.m. ET on Peacock, with an encore presentation on CNBC at 3 p.m. ET later that day.
All matches throughout the 2023 Six Nations Championship – which culminates with the final three Round 5 matches on Saturday, March 18 – will be streamed live on Peacock. Television coverage throughout the tournament includes same- or next-day encores across NBC and CNBC.
In addition to live coverage on Peacock, CNBC will also present live coverage of six more matches: all Round 3 matches on Sat., Feb. 25, and Sun., Feb. 26, the Round 4 match between Scotland and Ireland, and the Round 5 matches of Scotland v. Italy and France v. Wales on Sat., March 18. NBC will present encore coverage of the Round 5 matchup between Ireland and England on March 18.
Rugby offerings are available to U.S. commercial establishments through the NBC Sports Pub Pass – a customizable direct-to-consumer platform developed specifically for the retail pub/restaurant market in the U.S. Through the Six Nations Championship, all tournament matches will be available live, commercial-free and on-demand.
