Christian Atsu has ended his disappointing loan spell at Bournemouth and will join Spanish side Malaga until the end of the season.

The 24-year-old Ghanaian winger is owned by Chelsea, but is yet to make an appearance for the Blues after spending more than two years on various loan.
Atsu was thought of as a great signing for Bournemouth this summer, recently named Player of the Tournament for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations after leading Ghana to the final. However, the winger has featured in just two cup matches for the Cherries, as injuries have kept Atsu out of any Premier League action.

Veteran midfielder Steve Sidwell has left Stoke City, joining Championship side Brighton & Hove Albion on loan until the end of the campaign. The 33-year-old has not played for the Potters in the league since the opening match of the season, unable to secure first-team minutes. At Brighton, Sidwell brings experience to a side that sits fourth in the Championship and is gunning for Premier League promotion.
In Italy, Ivory Coast international Gervinho has left Roma. The striker played for Arsenal before joining Roma in 2013, but will leave Italy and is expected to make big-money move to Chinese side Hebei Fortune.
