The biggest information to come from the documents shows that Real has a buy-back clause in the deal that would allow Madrid to have first-dibs on Ozil should Arsenal want to sell their star playmaker.
However, that clause only comes into effect if Arsenal agrees to sell Ozil to another Spanish team. Then, Real would have 48 hours to decide if they wanted to step in and sign him.
The documents also show that should Arsenal sell Ozil for more than $55 million to a rival Spanish side, Real would get 33-percent of the profit.

Another clause sees Arsenal pay Real $1 million for every season the Gunners reach the Champions League, up to a maximum of $6 million in payments.
While all of this is interesting, Arsenal surely has no plans on selling their top player, as Ozil is having a career year at the Emirates this season. The German international leads the Premier League with 16 assists, seven more than his nearest competitor.
