Who will make England’s final 23-man squad for EURO 2016?

Germany v England - International Friendly

Wait, England is actually feeling quite positive about going into a major tournament?

Hmm. This feels strange.

The Three Lions are going into EURO 2016 as many people’s dark horses to win the whole shebang after cruising through qualifying and having some good results in recent friendly matches.

With in-form strikers, a stacked midfield and Joe Hart in good form, the only problem area appears to be in central defense.

However, manager Roy Hodgson has some very tough decisions to make in the coming days as he selects his England squad.

Hodgson was meant to name his preliminary squad for the 2016 European Championships on Thursday but it has now been announced he will do so next Monday, following the final round of games in the Premier League.

So, who should make the final 23-man roster for the monster tournament in France this summer?

Here’s my 23 which I think is capable of getting England to the semifinals (where they will lose in a penalty shootout during or before that game).

Let us know your 23-man squad in the comments section below.
