Cowboys G Tyler Booker (ankle) is not on Dallas’ final Week 7 injury report.
Booker has been out since suffering a high-ankle sprain in Week 3. He avoided injured reserve, returning after missing just three weeks. It’ll be a small boost for Dallas’ run game against the Commanders.
  • DAL Wide Receiver #9
Cowboys WR KaVontae Turpin (foot) was limited on Thursday.
Cowboys RG Tyler Booker (ankle) also remained limited on Thursday. Both players are on track to play, though it would be nice to see them graduate to full participation on Friday. Turpin is unlikely to be fantasy relevant, earning targets behind WRs CeeDee Lamb (ankle) and George Pickens, plus TE Jake Ferguson.
  • DAL Wide Receiver #9
Cowboys coach Brian Schottenheimer said WR KaVontae Turpin (foot) is expected to practice on Wednesday.
Right guard Tyler Booker is also expected to practice. With CeeDee Lamb looking likely to return this week as well, the Cowboys are getting healthy just as they head into a crucial NFC East matchup against the Commanders. Turpin isn’t on the fantasy radar, but he does bring a level of dynamism to the Cowboys’ offense and special teams that can’t be replicated.
  • DAL OFFENSIVE TACKLE (SUB) #60
Cowboys LT Tyler Guyton (concussion) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 6 against the Panthers.
Cowboys LG Tyler Smith (knee) is questionable and RG Tyler Booker (ankle) is out. The Cowboys’ offensive line health is beginning to improve, which bodes positively for both Dak Prescott and Javonte Williams. The Panthers’ defensive line is among the league’s weaker units, but the Cowboys face a tougher Commanders squad in Week 7. The Cowboys also ruled out LB Jack Sanborn (concussion). CBs DaRon Bland (shoulder) and Trevon Diggs (knee) are questionable, though both players remained limited in practice all week.
  • DAL OFFENSIVE TACKLE (SUB) #60
Cowboys T Tyler Guyton (concussion) will not play in Dallas’ Week 5 game against the Jets.
The Cowboys could have four backup linemen starting with Cooper Beebe on IR, Tyler Booker (ankle) already ruled out, and G Tyler Smith (ankle) extremely questionable for Week 5. Neither Guyton, Booker, nor Smith practiced all week for the Cowboys. While OC Klayton Adams has made great results out of subpar ingredients, this is going to be a big ask for Dallas as they take on a rough Jets defense.
  • DAL OFFENSIVE TACKLE (SUB) #60
Cowboys LT Tyler Guyton (concussion) did not practice Wednesday.
Right guard Tyler Booker was also absent from Wednesday’s practice. He is dealing with an ankle injury that held him out of Week 4’s tie with the Packers. The Cowboys could be without two starting linemen and CeeDee Lamb for their date with the Jets this week.
  • Cowboys beat writer Calvin Watkins reports Tyler Booker (ankle) was seen without a protective boot on Monday.
Booker was projected to miss 4-6 weeks with the ankle injury he suffered in Week 3. While his shedding of the boot is notable, the rookie is still likely to face a multi-week absence barring a sudden turn of events. It’s worth noting, however, that the team did not place him on injured reserve, leaving the possibility of an early return on the table if he continues to progress well in his recovery.
  • Cowboys G Tyler Booker (ankle) will miss 4-6 weeks with a high-ankle sprain.
The Cowboys are now with two-thirds of the interior of their offensive line as Booker joins center Cooper Beebe on the sideline with multi-week injuries. Both Booker and wide receiver CeeDee Lamb emerged from the team’s Week 3 loss to the Bears with high-ankle sprains, making it that much more difficult to claw their way out of a 1-2 start to the season.
  • Cowboys signed No. 12 overall pick OG Tyler Booker to a four-year, $22.553 million contract.
Booker is one of a handful of Cowboys rookies to sign his rookie deal. Per Archer, second round pick Donovan Ezeiraku and fifth-rounder Jaydon Blue remain the only unsigned rookies from the class. The Cowboys made Booker the No. 12 pick of this year’s draft to shore up an offensive line that lost Tyler Smith to retirement earlier this offseason. Booker becomes the first rookie first-rounder from the 2025 class to ink his new deal and should step in as a Day 1 starter this upcoming season.
  • DAL Tackle
Dallas Morning News’ David Moore reports that the Dallas Cowboys intend to keep Tyler Guyton at left tackle.
After drafting Alabama OG Tyler Booker in the first round tonight, there was some thought that the Cowboys would then move Tyler Smith back out to left tackle. Instead, Dallas will start Smith and Booker at guards and keep Tyler Guyton at left tackle. Yes, that’s three Tylers on the starting offensive line for the Dallas Cowboys.
