Vaughn Dalzell breaks down the best bet of Game 3 when Stephen Curry and the Warriors host the Kings in a pivotal series defining game.
Stephen Curry O/U 29.5 Points vs Kings
The Sacramento Kings are up 2-0 in the series and make a modest California road trip to take on the Golden State Warriors in their home.
Draymond Green is out of the lineup for the Warriors, so the Warriors superstar Stephen Curry will see an uptick in usage. Curry has played twice without Green this season and scored 28 agains the Nuggets and 31 on the Hawks, both road games.
Golden State is notorious for its road record this season, which has stretched to 11-32 with Game 1 and 2’s losses. At home, the Warriors are 33-8 this season and need this win to avoid a 0-3 deficit.
Curry scored 25, 27, 47 and 33 points in the four meetings versus the Kings this season with 47 and 33 coming in the two home games for the Warriors. The former Davidson star scored 28 and 30 points in the first two games of the series on 20 and 21 field goal attempts (27 total three-pointers).
Chef Curry has only gotten to the line 10 times total in the series and with another O/U of 239.5 and no Green in the lineup, I expect a quicker tempo and 30-plus points from the best player in this series.
I played Curry Over 29.5 Points at -115 odds on BetMGM and would go to 30.5 or higher at +100 odds as I think he has a game to remember.
Pick: Stephen Curry Over 29.5 Points (1u)
