We have six games on the NBA slate tonight for our wagering pleasure. If you didn’t get to see Klay Thompson make his return on Sunday night, don’t worry you get a chance tonight when the Warriors play the Grizzlies in a nationally-televised game. Odds via PointsBet.

Phoenix Suns vs. Toronto Raptors (+3.5) Total: 223

One of the hottest teams in the league plays tonight in Toronto. No, I’m not talking about the Phoenix Suns. I’m talking about the Toronto Raptors, which are on a six-game winning streak and 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games. If you want to go back further, they are 11-4 on the Money Line and 12-3 ATS since the beginning of December. However, they have a huge test tonight as they host the Western Conference-leading Phoenix Suns.

For most teams being a short road favorite, like the Suns are tonight, is not a good thing. On the season, road favorites of four points or less are 53-57-1 (48%) ATS and 62-49 (55%) on the Money Line. However, the Suns are 5-3 ATS and 6-2 on the Money Line this season as short road favorites. To be fair, they are 2-3 ATS over the last five games in these situations. Meanwhile, the Raptors are 0-3 ATS and on the Money Line as home favorites of four points or less, but those three games were prior to their recent hot streak.

Tonight’s game opened up with the Raptors as 4.5 point underdogs and that line has since moved a point in the Raptors’ direction. It appears that some respected money is coming in on the home team. I would be careful. Toronto is 1-4 ATS and 0-5 on the Money Line as home dogs this season. They have been hot recently, but this is not a good spot for them tonight. Phoenix is also 8-5 ATS and 11-2 on the Money Line as road favorites overall.

Edge: Suns -3.5

Golden State Warriors vs. Memphis Grizzlies (+2) Total: 220

Two of the top teams in the Western Conference meet tonight in Memphis when the Grizzlies host the Golden State Warriors. Currently, the Grizzlies are on a nine-game winning streak and are only a half-game behind the Utah Jazz for the third seed in the West. The Warriors, which just got Klay Thompson back have lost their last two road games. When Klay Thompson suffered his ACL injury Ja Morant wasn’t even in the NBA yet.

The Grizzlies and Warriors may be turning into a rivalry after Memphis kept Golden State out of the playoffs last season with a win in the play-in tournament. The teams two have split the games in San Francisco this year with the Dubs winning the last meeting. Tonight is their first game in Memphis.

You can’t have the success Memphis is having this season without playing well at home. The Grizzlies are 14-8 on the Money Line on their home court this year, including winning each of their last three. Where the Grizzlies struggle is ATS at home. Memphis is 12-10 ATS at home.

This game will be hotly contested. The Grizzlies want to show the Warriors that they can play with them, while the Warriors would love to show their little brother who the best of the West really is. This has the makings of a one-possession game. Getting points with the Grizzlies is too hard to pass up. Even vs. the big, bad Warriors.

Edge: Grizzlies +2
