PICK N’ ROLL $50K JACKPOT: Tatum, Celtics vs Wizards, More

To help you out, here are the eight questions for Wednesday’s NBA games, along with my breakdown and picks.

#1 MOST POINTS BY A PLAYER

Terry Rozier, Domantas Sabonis, Bradley Beal, Russell Westbook, Jayson Tatum or Kemba Walker?

Both of the play-in games have tons of potential for points to be scored. With these six players, Terry Rozier, Bradley Beal and Jayson Tatum are the three favorites to note with the significance of these games.

I will side with Tatum as he will have to score 30-plus points and out-score Beal in order to bring home a Celtics win.

My Pick: Jayson Tatum Most Points

#2 WIZARDS POINTS VS CELTICS

0-100, 101-105, 106-110, 111-118, 119-122, 123-130 or 131+

The Wizards and Celtics have a lofty total of 232.0 in this matchup and while that would imply to take a higher number, I believe they will not reach that total.

Boston is struggling to score and have a healthy team without Jaylen Brown entering this contest. I am expecting both teams to surpass 100 points, but not by much.

My Pick: Wizards 106-110 Points

#3 WIZARDS 3-POINTERS VS. CELTICS

0-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15 or 16

The Celtics are one of the best three-point defenses in the NBA over the last 10 games, while the Wizards love to chuck the triple. Washington will need to hit double-digit threes in order to compete, so I will settle for 11-12 three-pointers made.

My Pick: Wizards 10-11 Three-Pointers

#4 CELTICS POINTS VS. WIZARDS

0-100, 101-108, 112-116, 117-119, 120-124 or 125+

I believe the Wizards can beat the Celtics tonight, so I will roll with 101-108 points for Boston, just under the 106-110 prediction I have for Washington.

My Pick: Celtics to score 101-108 Points

#5 CELTICS REBOUNDS VS. WIZARDS

0-38, 39-42, 43-44, 45-46, 47-51 or 52+

The Wizards allow 46 rebounds per game in the last 10 outings, while the Celtics are 15th themselves with 44.5. Taking the median number here, I will settle for 45-46 as there should be plenty of missed shots to go around with plenty of players coming off rest or injuries for both squads.

My Pick: Celtics to record 45-46 Rebounds

#6 TOTAL ASSISTS IN WIZARDS VS. CELTICS

0-43, 44-45, 46-47, 48-50, 51-54, 55-58, or 59+

The Wizards assists primarily come from Russell Westbrook, making this one an easy pick for me. I will side with the 0-43 assists as both teams should have around 20-plus, but not much more than that. Westbrook should have 12-17 himself with a few from teammates.

My Pick: 0-43 Total Assists

#7 HORNETS VS. PACERS: WINNER AND MARGIN OF VICTORY

Hornets or Pacers? 1-2, 3, 4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11+

We talked about this on NBC’s NBA Playoff Show and it was unanimous across the board. We all sided with Charlotte here and I will take them by 11+ at that.

My Pick: Hornets win by 11+

#8 CELTICS VS. WIZARDS: WINNER AND MARGIN OF VICTORY

Celtics or Wizards? 1-2, 3, 4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10 or 11+

One of my future bets has the Charlotte Hornets making the postseason and another, the Boston Celtics not. I will ride the Wizards and stay true to my prediciton—wizards by three.

My Pick: Wizards win by 3 Points
