Oklahoma State redshirt senior WR Dillon Stoner announced on Saturday that he will enter the 2021 NFL Draft.
Stoner (6'0/200) appeared in each of Oklahoma State’s 11 games this season, catching 42 passes for 573 yards and four touchdowns. Also used as a punt returner, the redshirt senior accounted for another 91 yards on 15 returns. Stoner was an honorable mention all-Big 12 performer in each of his last two seasons in Stillwater. As for his NFL prospects, Stoner’s work on special teams will likely work in his favor. He projects to be a Day 3 prospect, and Pro Football Network draft analyst Tony Pauline has given Stoner a fifth-round grade.

  • Oklahoma State redshirt senior WR Dillon Stoner caught eight passes for 247 yards and three touchdowns in a 42-3 rout of Baylor on Saturday.
It was the final regular season game for Stoner, and what a performance it was. All three of his touchdowns came in the first quarter, and he was literally inches from a fourth score in the final period. Playing behind star wideouts like Tylan Wallace and James Washington, the 6-foot, 200-pound wideout was always a solid second option, and he likely will get a chance in an NFL minicamp this summer. He’ll have one more game later this month assuming the Cowboys are heading to a bowl game.

  • Oklahoma State redshirt junior WR Dillon Stoner brought in five receptions for 150 yards with two touchdowns in a 31-13 rout of Kansas on Saturday.
Stoner has become the go-to option with Tylan Wallace out for the season, and he’s handled it with aplomb. It could have been an even bigger game for the 6-foot, 198-pound wideout if the game was close. It wasn’t. Stoner has now scored four touchdowns over the last two games after having zero in the previous eight. Don’t be surprised if he finds the end zone again next Saturday against West Virginia.
  • Oklahoma State redshirt junior Dillon Stoner caught three passes for 93 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday’s 34-27 win over TCU.
With Tylan Wallace now out for the year, someone had to step up into his role as the primary receiver. Stoner (6'0/198), who feels like he has somehow been at Oklahoma State for a decade, was the man up to the task on Saturday. While he only reeled in three passes, that was all he needed to earn two scores. One of Stoner’s two touchdowns was a 57-yard bomb that QB Spencer Sanders was able to toss after dodging a pair of defenders. Stoner had not caught any touchdowns prior to Saturday and he was only averaging 9.3 yards per catch. It’s fair to say Stoner was playing comfortably above his typical level of play against TCU.
  • Oklahoma State redshirt sophomore WR Dillon Stoner (foot) is considered to be a game-time decision for Saturday’s game against Iowa State.
If Stoner, who caught at least four passes in each of Oklahoma State’s first three games, can go that would give the Cowboy offense another weapon in the passing game. On the season the redshirt sophomore has 14 receptions for 173 yards and a touchdown, placing him fourth on the team in catches and third in receiving yards.
  • Oklahoma State junior WR Dillon Stoner (undisclosed) has been ruled out for Saturday’s game against Kansas.
He suffered an undisclosed injury last week at Texas Tech. Stoner posted a 44-576-6 receiving line last year and has 14 catches thus far. With Jalen McCleskey having transferred earlier this week, the Pokes’ receiving depth is compromised heading into the Kansas game.
