Titans signed DT Daylon Mack to a reserve/futures deal.
Mack, who was most recently waived by the Lions in August, was drafted by the Ravens with the 160th pick in the 2019 NFL draft. He played in one game for Baltimore that season before suffering a season-ending knee injury. Mack could be a depth player for Tennessee in 2021.

  • FA Defensive Lineman #94
Lions waived DT Daylon Mack with a failed physical designation.
Mack lasted five days in Detroit after getting released by the Ravens. The 23-year-old is unlikely to resurface on waivers.

  • FA Defensive Lineman #94
Ravens placed DT Daylon Mack on injured reserve with a knee injury.
Beyond Mack, the Ravens have other injury issues up front on defense and needed to clear a roster spot. Mack had played just nine snaps on defense so far this season.
  • FA Nose Tackle #58
Ravens NT Michael Pierce, OLB Jaylon Ferguson, and DT Daylon Mack passed their physicals.
Pierce showed up to minicamp severely overweight with reports saying he looked “much heavier” than 340 pounds. The nose tackle has apparently got back into shape since, so he’ll be out there for training camp after being removed from last month’s program. Rookies Ferguson and Mack are expected to be depth options in 2019.
  • FA Defensive Lineman #94
Ravens selected Texas A&M DT Daylon Mack with the No. 160 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Mack (6’1/336) was a three-year reserve and one-year starter on the Aggies’ defensive line, tallying 27 career TFLs with eight sacks and two forced fumbles. Hardly svelte but a stout immovable object, Mack showed NFL-caliber movement skills with a 30th-percentile SPARQ score at the Combine. A five-star high school recruit who never met expectations in College Station, Mack is ultimately a one-trick lane clogger with a low ceiling but obvious role-player appeal in the Danny Shelton mold. He will shift in behind Brandon Williams and Michael Pierce.
