Andrew Nembhard, Ethan Thompson, Bennedict Mathurin, Pascal Siakam and Jay Huff will start Monday’s game against the Celtics.
After coming off the bench the last two games, Thompson has been inserted back into the starting lineup. He steps in for Quenton Jackson, who moved ahead of Thompson in the pecking order for the last two games. The other four starters are unchanged.

Quenton Jackson (hamstring) is questionable for Friday’s game against the 76ers.
Jackson strained his right hamstring during a November 3 game against the Bucks and has not been available since. That may change on Friday, with Ethan Thompson potentially losing out on playing time. However, neither he nor Jackson moves the needle in fantasy.

Andrew Nembhard, Ethan Thompson, Bennedict Mathurin, Pascal Siakam and Jay Huff will start Monday’s game against the Kings.
After playing 34 minutes in Friday’s win over the Bulls, Thompson moves into the Pacers’ starting lineup. His promotion comes at the expense of Garrison Mathews, whose limited fantasy value takes a hit with the move to the bench. The other four starters are unchanged.

    Magic waived Ethan Thompson.
Thompson signed a two-way deal with the Magic in February but spent his time in the G League and didn’t appear for Orlando. Now, they’ll clear his roster spot after they signed Orlando Robinson to a two-way deal on Monday.

The Magic have requested waivers for Jarrett Culver, Alex Morales, Jalen Slawson, and Ethan Thompson.
Saturday is a busy day in the NBA, with many teams beginning the process of trimming down their rosters in advance of opening night. Orlando waived four training camp participants, with former lottery pick Culver boasting the highest profile. He was unlikely to factor into the rotation if retained, and the same can be said for Morales, Slawson, and Thompson. Look for some players to land with Orlando’s G League affiliate.

The Bulls released Ethan Thompson and Daniel Oturu on Monday, but coach Billy Donovan hopes both will end up with the teams’ G-League affiliate, per Rob Schaefer of NBC Sports Chicago.
Neither Thompson nor Oturu was expected to make the Bulls roster, so this is not a surprise. If no other NBA teams choose to sign Thompson or Oturu, both will likely suit up for Chicago’s G-League affiliate, the Windy City Bulls.
