Alec Bohm went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI on Thursday evening as the Phillies fell to the visiting Mets.
Bohm got the Phillies on the board with an RBI single off of Sean Manaea in the first inning that plated Trea Turner. He then smacked a double down the right field line that drove in Kyle Schwarber in the third inning, pulling the Phillies to within a run at 3-2. With his two-hit attack, the 29-year-old infielder is now slashing .232/.283/.375 on the season with nine homers and 41 RBI in 283 plate appearances.
