Corey Seager is not in the Rangers’ starting lineup for Friday evening’s battle against the Blue Jays.
Seager was just activated from the concussion injured list on Thursday, so it’s likely that the Rangers are simply easing him back into action and giving him a day off with a left-hander on the mound. Ezequiel Duran will start in his place at shortstop and bat sixth for the Rangers against Patrick Corbin and the Jays.
