That means Lowe has a one-year, $23.15 million offer on the table from the Pirates after hitting .260/.331/.493 with 35 home runs, 94 runs scored, and 96 RBI in 656 plate appearances. Lowe has until November 17th to accept or deny the offer. If he denies and signs elsewhere, the Pirates will get a draft pick, but he and the Pirates can still negotiate other contracts during this time.

The 26-year-old made his MLB debut in 2025 with a 5.46 ERA and 24/7 K/BB ratio across 28 innings over 13 appearances (three starts) with the Twins. However, he did have a 2.40 ERA in 71 1/3 minor league innings with a strikeout rate over 30 percent. He should be able to return from injury in March or April of 2027.

Davitt allowed eight runs (seven earned) on 10 hits in eight innings for the Giants and White Sox this season. He had a 6.04 ERA in 76 innings across 32 appearances (11 starts) in Triple-A for both franchises.

Schultz posted a 6.40 ERA in 32 1/3 innings for the Nationals this season, but he did have a 2.48 ERA, 1.03 WHIP, and 34/9 K/BB ratio in 29 innings at Triple-A. The Reds will hope he can provide some relief depth.

Waldichuk was placed on the 60-day injured list in April after undergoing Tommy John surgery. He will try to get back on the mound by May in 2027.

Poulin is eligible for Minor League free agency, so he will become a free agent. The 30-year-old was placed on the 15-day injured list in July with a left flexor strain and later moved to the 60-day injured list. He had a 2.70 ERA, 1.31 WHIP, and a 25/21 K/BB ratio across 36 2/3 innings in his 35 appearances.

Weston pitched to a 7.18 ERA in 57 2/3 innings at Triple-A for the Mets and Orioles in 2026, but he did have a 27 percent strikeout rate. The Marlins will try to get the most out of that, but the 26-year-old has just four MLB innings.

Mattson struggled in 2026 with a 5.35 ERA in 38 2/3 innings out of the bullpen, but the 31-year-old was much better for the Pirates in 2025, posting a 2.45 ERA, 1.13 WHIP, and 45/19 K/BB ratio in 47 2/3 innings. The Mariners will try to help him get back to that level of production.

Not what either the Orioles or Kjerstad envisioned when the team drafted him with the 2nd overall pick in the 2020 MLB Draft. The 27-year-old was once a top 100 prospect, but his career has not been a steady progression. He missed the 2021 season with myocarditis and didn’t make his major league debut until 2023. He’s never had more than 167 MLB plate appearances in any season, but did hit .289/.337/.462 with 11 home runs and a 106 wRC+ in 333 plate appearances for Triple-A Norfolk this season. He will likely have a few suitors in free agency to see if they can reclaim some of his former prospect sheen.
