Kazuma Okamoto went 2-for-4 with a solo homer to power the Blue Jays to a 4-2 win over the Athletics on Tuesday.
Okamoto clubbed a solo homer in the second inning off Jack Perkins, then later knocked a base hit in the sixth. The home run gets the 30-year-old slugger to 30 round-trippers in his first MLB season. He’s slashing .234/.308/.454 with 75 runs scored and 83 RBI across 572 plate appearances.
