    Teel singled in the second and sixth innings before giving the White Sox the lead with a two-run double in the seventh. He then scored on a single by Lenyn Sosa. The 23-year-old backstop is hitting an outstanding.319/.421/.404 with six runs scored and four RBI over his first 57 plate appearances.
    Rays' Caminero emerging as fantasy star in 2025
    Tampa Bay Rays third baseman Junior Caminero is rising to stardom with 20 home runs this season, so it shouldn't be surprising to see him creep up into the first few rounds in next year's fantasy baseball drafts.

    Mike Vasil recorded a five-out save with one strikeout against the Giants on Sunday.
    Vasil entered with one out and the bases loaded in the top of the eighth with a three-run lead. He induced a ground ball double play to keep the Giants off the board and pitched a clean ninth to convert his second save of the season.

    Jonathan Cannon allowed one run with four strikeouts over three innings in a no-decision against the Giants on Sunday.
    Cannon, making his first start off the injured list, gave up a run in the second inning on a walk and a double. He tossed a scoreless third and would be done at 69 pitches with four strikeouts. The 24-year-old right-hander will take a 4.59 ERA, 1.43 WHIP, and a 55/24 K/BB ratio across 66 2/3 innings into a start against the Rockies in Colorado on Saturday.

    Justin Verlander allowed one run with three strikeouts over six innings in a no-decision against the White Sox on Sunday.
    Verlander gave up a run in the first inning on a double and a sacrifice fly. The 42-year-old veteran right-hander settled in nicely after the opening frame, tossing five more scoreless innings with three strikeouts before his day was done at 88 pitches. Verlander will take a 4.26 ERA, 1.39 WHIP, and a 55/25 K/BB ratio across 67 2/3 innings into a start against the Athletics in Sacramento on Friday.

    Aaron Judge went 2-for-4 with two homers, three runs scored, four RBI, and a walk in the Yankees’ 12-5 win over the Athletics on Sunday.
    Judge drew a walk in the third inning and scored on a triple by Jazz Chisholm Jr. After going hitless over the last two games, Judge took Luis Severino deep for a two-run blast in the fourth. He went yard once again in the seventh for his 30th home run of the season. The 33-year-old star his slashing .356/.458/.722 with 73 runs scored, 67 RBI, and six steals across 369 plate appearances.

    Jazz Chisholm Jr. went 2-for-4 with a home run, triple, and four RBI against the Athletics on Sunday.
    Chisholm put the first run of the game on the board with a solo homer off Luis Severino in the second inning. He then cleared the bases loaded with a triple in the third to collect four RBI on the day. The 27-year-old infielder is hitting .242/.336/.495 with 13 homers, 31 runs scored, 35 RBI, and 10 steals over 220 plate appearances.

    Cody Bellinger went 3-for-5 with a home run, three runs scored, and three RBI against the Athletics on Sunday.
    Bellinger knocked a base hit in the first inning, then doubled and scored a run in the fourth before slugging a three-run homer off Hogan Harris in the fifth. The 39-year-old outfielder is up to 11 homers while slashing .270/.332/.460 with 40 runs scored, 42 RBI, and eight steals across 319 plate appearances.

    Willie MacIver went 1-for-2 with a solo homer and two walks against the Yankees on Sunday.
    MacIver put the A’s on the board with a solo homer off Marcus Stroman in the fifth inning and drew two walks in the game to reach three times. The 28-year-old backstop has been solid at the dish with a .737 OPS in the absence of Shea Langeliers. He’ll revert to a reserve role when Langeliers is activated from the injured list, which could come sometime this week.

    Marcus Stroman allowed one run with one strikeout over five innings in a win over the Athletics on Sunday.
    Stroman was excellent in his first start for the Yankees since April 11. He kept the A’s off the board through four innings before Willie MacIver took him deep for a solo homer in the fifth. He’d end his day after five innings with one strikeout while scattering two other hits and two walks. The 34-year-old right-hander will look to build off the strong start in a road matchup against the Mets on Friday.

    Luis Severino surrendered seven runs -- six earned -- with three strikeouts over 3 2/3 innings in a loss against the Yankees on Sunday.
    After a scoreless first inning, Severino surrendered a solo homer to Jazz Chisholm Jr. to lead off the second. With the bases loaded in the third, Chisholm hurt Severino again with a bases-clearing triple to bring home three more runs. A wild pitch would score Chisholm before Severino got out of the inning. Aaron Judge extended the Yankees lead with a two-run homer in the fourth, knocking Severino from the game. The 31-year-old right-hander will take a 5.18 ERA, 1.38 WHIP, and a 71/34 K/BB ratio across 104 1/3 innings into a start against the Giants in Sacramento on Saturday.
