White Sox signed LHP Luis Amaya to a minor league contract.
Amaya posted an underwhelming 5.57 ERA, 1.58 WHIP and 70/33 K/BB ratio across 53 1/3 innings (33 appearances, five starts) at Double-A Richmond in the Giants’ farm system last year. The 23-year-old southpaw will add some minor-league relief depth for the White Sox this season.

Max Muncy hit a two-run homer and drove in three runs in a blowout loss to the Rockies on Sunday.
    Marlins pitching fueling successful June
Matt Vasgersian, Gaby Sanchez and Bob Walk discuss how the Marlins became one of the hottest teams in June and Paul Skenes' lack of run support and more.
  • COL 1st Baseman
TJ Rumfield homered and tripled in a blowout win Sunday over the Athletics.
  • COL 2nd Baseman #3
Willi Castro homered twice and drove in seven runs in a blowout win over the Athletics on Sunday.
  • COL Catcher #15
Hunter Goodman homered twice to help the Rockies to a 23-9 rout of the Athletics on Sunday.
  • AZ Starting Pitcher #23
Zac Gallen received a no-decision in Sunday’s quality start against the Reds, allowing three runs on six hits over six innings pitched.
Gallen struck out four and walked two, allowing two homers as the Diamondbacks went on to win 5-3. JJ Bleday and Noelvi Marte each tagged him for a solo shot on the afternoon. The right-hander re-signed with Arizona on a one-year deal this past offseason and will become a free agent again after the year. His next outing comes at home against the Twins.
  • CIN Starting Pitcher #41
Andrew Abbott received a no-decision on Sunday against Arizona, allowing one earned run on four hits and three walks over five innings.
Abbott struck out five and allowed one homer. He’s now given up three earned runs or fewer in every start dating back to April 30. Abbott’s K-BB% is a career-low, and his 3.95 ERA is a career-high, albeit barely. The southpaw is used to pitching in a homer-happy home park, but his next outing lines up as a difficult one at Yankee Stadium.
  • AZ Relief Pitcher #38
Paul Sewald pitched a scoreless ninth to register his 17th save of the season as the Diamondbacks defeated the Reds 5-3 on Sunday afternoon.
Sewald has been one of the biggest draft-day values in fantasy baseball this year. He now has 17 of Arizona’s 19 saves, tying him for fifth in the majors. He worked around a walk on Sunday in Cincinnati, lowering his ERA to 3.08. The veteran reliever had a career-high 34 saves back in 2023, the only time he’s finished with more than 20. As long as the Diamondbacks don’t trade for a big-name closer at this summer’s deadline, Sewald will have a shot to set a new career-best at age 36.
  • AZ Shortstop #2
Geraldo Perdomo stuffed the stat sheet in Sunday’s 5-3 win over the Reds, finishing 2-for-3 with a homer, a walk, a steal, and two RBI.
Perdomo was dropped to the bottom half of the order back on June 5, and he’s hit mostly sixth since then. He had never hit more than six homers before erupting for 20 in a breakout campaign last season, but Sunday’s long ball was only his fourth of 2026. 11 stolen bases have helped offset the power outage, but he’ll need to turn things around in a hurry to match the lofty fantasy expectations placed upon him back in March.
  • CIN Left Fielder #22
JJ Bleday went 1-for-3 with a solo homer as the Reds fell to the Diamondbacks 5-3 on Sunday.
Bleday has cooled a little since bursting onto the scene with a hot bat and increased bat speed once the Reds called him up. However, he’s also yet to crater, and his expected stats back up the performance thus far. In addition to the bat speed gains, Bleday has trimmed his K%, and the Reds’ home park remains highly favorable for power output. The best stretch of his season may very well be behind him, but there’s still fantasy juice to squeeze out of his profile heading into the summer.
  • CIN Right Fielder #4
Noelvi Marte homered in his third consecutive game as the Reds fell to the Diamondbacks on Sunday, 5-3.
Marte only started three of six games for the Reds after being called up on June 3, but he’s now been in the lineup for four straight contests. One would figure he’ll continue to get everyday at-bats amid this hot streak, but the former top prospect has yet to establish himself as a consistent big-league regular. Marte has a 155 wRC+ at Triple-A this season, so he has nothing more to prove in the minors. His roto-friendly profile will receive a boost from hitting in Cincinnati all summer if he can stick as a regular this time around.
