Spencer Jones went 3-for-8 and homered in Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre’s doubleheader Sunday.
The Yankees aren’t going to add an outfielder unless someone gets hurt, but Jones might have the very early edge on Jasson Domínguez there. He’s 4-for-12 with two extra-base hits so far. All three of his hits Sunday had exit velocities in excess of 104 mph.

Rudolfo Durán had a two-run homer and an RBI double Sunday to lead the Padres past the Orioles 5-2.
Durán’s second homer in two days was an impressive 432-foot blast off Rico Garcia. That’s 55 feet farther than he’s hit any of his other flyballs in 18 games as a major leaguer. Durán is 6-for-34 with three homers and seven walks since joining the Padres when Luis Campusano got hurt, and he’ll be the team’s starting catcher until Freddy Fermin returns from a concussion.
HLs: Skenes, Pirates unable to cool off Marlins
The Marlins get two early solo shots against Paul Skenes and were able to close out their series against the Pirates with a win, giving them eight victories in ten games in the month of June.
  • SD Starting Pitcher #10
Walker Buehler yielded one run in five innings and struck out five versus the Orioles on Sunday.
Buehler went without a walk today, dropping his walk rate to 7.7 percent of the season. That’s still slightly above his career average of 7.3 percent, but it’s a big improvement over his 10.8 percent from last season, and it’s helped him post an adequate 4.14 ERA even though he’s still not missing nearly as many bats as he used to. He’ll face the Rangers in Texas next weekend, making him a decent streaming choice.
  • SD Relief Pitcher #22
Mason Miller fanned three in a four-out save against the Orioles on Sunday.
Miller hadn’t pitched in five days, so the Padres felt comfortable asking for an extra out from him today, though they had to delay the game for a couple of minutes to make sure he had enough warmup throws. It’s Miller’s fourth consecutive hitless outing. He’s thrown exactly 30 innings with three earned runs allowed and 59 strikeouts this season.
  • BAL Starting Pitcher #28
Trevor Rogers took a loss despite holding the Padres to two runs over six innings on Sunday.
Rogers struck out four in another solid showing. After going 0-6 with a 10.01 ERA in seven starts from mid-April through the end of May, he’s come in at 3.12 in three starts in June. It’s enough to make him playable in mixed leagues again, though he’s not a great bet while facing the Dodgers in Los Angeles next weekend.
  • BAL Relief Pitcher #50
After entering with the Orioles down 2-1, Rico Garcia gave up two runs in the seventh inning Sunday against the Padres.
Garcia has earned three saves during Ryan Helsley’s absence, but he has now given up runs in three of his last four appearances, taking his ERA from 0.68 to 1.82. With Helsley set to return, it seems fine to drop Garcia in mixed leagues now.
  • BAL 2nd Baseman #82
Making his first start since May 30, Jeremiah Jackson homered in the second of his two at-bats before being lifted for a pinch-hitter Sunday against the Padres.
Jackson’s homer gave the Orioles their lone run off Walker Buehler. He was then replaced in the sixth by Jackson Holliday, who struck out in both of his at-bats. Jeremiah Jackson spent the first seven weeks of the season playing pretty regularly for the Orioles, but he started to slump in May and he’s since taken a backseat to Holliday, Coby Mayo and Blaze Alexander. Although he is now 4-for-8 in his first very limited action this month, he or Mayo might be sent down when Dylan Beavers comes off the IL.
  • MIN Catcher #37
Victor Caratini hit a two-run homer in a win over the Cardinals on Sunday.
Caratini gave the Twins a 2-1 lead in the fourth with a two-run homer off Michael McGreevy, and that would be the only runs the Twins would procure against McGreevy. They did get three against the St. Louis bullpen in the comeback victory. Caratini has four homers in 2026 to go along with an uninspiring slash of .215/.311/.319.
  • STL Shortstop #26
JJ Wetherholt drove in three runs and hit a two-run homer in a 5-4loss to the Twins on Sunday.
Wetherholt bashed a two-run homer off Taj Bradley in the sixth inning to give St. Louis a 3-2 lead. He drove in his third run of the game and 31st of the season an inning later. Wetherholt has has an up-and-down first half in his rookie campaign, but a .255/.359/.402 slash will certainly play, and the upside in his bat has been readily apparent. He has a chance to be a fantasy star.
  • MIN Relief Pitcher #94
Yoendrys Gómez worked a scoreless ninth to earn a save versus the Cardinals on Sunday.
  • MIN Starting Pitcher #26
Taj Bradley allowed four runs while working 6 2/3 innings in a no-decision versus the Cardinals on Sunday.
