Aaumavae-Laulu is a massive 6-foot-7, 345-pound tackle prospect, and he ranks as the top junior college player -- regardless of position -- in 247 Sports composite rankings. His top three schools also included USC and Ole Miss, and he had several other high-profile schools trying to procure his services. This is a huge get -- literally and figuratively -- for the Ducks, who are having an exceptional beginning to the 2019 recruiting class. Oregon now ranks as the top class in 247 Sports rankings for Pac-12 schools, and eighth overall.

Rush opened the game with a lost fumble on Atlanta’s first offensive play of the day. Things somehow got worse from there. He was intercepted twice and nearly threw a third, but it went through the hands of Panthers linebacker Bobby Okereke. Rush was arguably the worst starter in the league in Week 1 and nothing changed for Week 2. With Michael Penix expected to make his 2026 debut next week, Rush may have just finished his final career start. Jack Strand will close this game out.

Kupp, 33, is good to go against the Cardinals. He was limited on Wednesday, but upgraded to full on Thursday and Friday. With QB Drew Lock under center, Kupp’s outlook is a little more volatile. He should be viewed as just a boom-bust FLEX.

Williams is not yet ready to return from his season-ending Achilles tendon rupture. On the plus side, DT Roy Lopez (groin) will play this week, and RG Isaiah Adams (knee) will make his 2026 debut. Beck will serve as the emergency third quarterback against the division rival Seahawks.

Banks was carted from the field in the third quarter with what was originally called a lower-leg injury after Ravens EDGE Mike Green collided with Banks’ legs on his way to sack Tyler Shough. The No. 9 overall pick of the 2025 NFL Draft has started every game he’s appeared in since being drafted and was replaced by Asim Richards.

Robinson remains in concussion protocol and was ruled out earlier in the week. Interestingly, Jalen Tolbert remains unable to be active on a Dolphins team that is hurting for weapons on offense. A lot of it has to do with him not having a clear role on special teams.

It was reported earlier in the day that Black was expected to play, and now we get confirmation that he will. The rookie had 14 carries in his NFL debut in Week 1, and it remains to be seen if that will be the 49ers’ plan going forward or if that had something to do with Christian McCaffrey cramping or the entire team traveling abroad to Australia for the first game.

The Seahawks ruled out Darnold (glute) and Okada (hamstring) on Friday. Bradford (knee) entered the weekend questionable to play, but his injury will keep him sidelined. Fortunately, the Seahawks are getting S Nick Emmanwori (ankle/hip) back this afternoon.

The Seahawks’ star defensive back makes his 2026 debut against the Cardinals this afternoon. Still recovering from his offseason ankle surgery, Emmanwori missed the Seahawks’ Week 1 game against the Patriots. He picked up a hip injury this week, but is evidently good to go.

Both Meyers and Brian Thomas, Jr. (shoulder) are good to go after missing some practice time this week. Meyers should be a WR3 option against a tough Denver secondary while Thomas will continue operating as the Jags’ primary downfield option. Jaguars declared QB Quinn Ewers, WR CJ Williams, S Jalen Huskey, LB Jack Kiser, G Daniel Faalele, TE Tanner Koziol, and DE Wesley Williams inactive against Denver.

Nothing surprising here, as Overshown and Hooker were both ruled out before the weekend, leaving the Cowboys without two starters on the defensive side of the ball. The Cowboys and Commanders are both looking to pick up a win this weekend to avoid starting 0-2 what projects to be a tough NFC East.
