Cowboys signed CB Trevon Diggs to a five-year, $97 million contract extension through 2027.
At just 24 years old, Diggs has quickly become one of the premiere corners of the league. His 17 interceptions are tied for 28th-most among active players, buoyed by his 11-interception season in 2021. Diggs’ new contract includes a $21.25 million signing bonus and can reach up to $104 million with incentives, per NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero. If he plays well on this new deal, Diggs could earn yet another lucrative pay day before this one expires.
