Russell Wilson completed 15-of-26 passes for 186 yards, a touchdown and three interceptions in the Broncos’ 22-17, Week 13 loss to the Texans, adding 10 carries for 44 yards and a touchdown.
The Broncos started slow, but the defense kept them in the game until Wilson and the offense could start moving the ball downfield. Wilson was sacked three times as Will Anderson was in the backfield early and often. He connected with Courtland Sutton for a 45-yard touchdown and also added a one-yard rushing touchdown to nearly complete the comeback. Wilson threw three interceptions, including two to Derek Stingley in the second half — his first interceptions since Week 6. The Broncos had the opportunity to win the game with under a minute left, but Wilson missed a pair of throws to the end zone and was intercepted for the third time to seal the loss. Despite a bad passing game, Wilson’s rushing ability boosted his fantasy output and he will be a high-end QB2 against a weak Chargers defense in Week 14.
