Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer reports Jihaad Campbell (shoulder) had surgery after the combine and teams are projecting him as a PUP candidate.

That doesn’t mean Campbell won’t be ready for the start of the season, but it does mean he might have a slow training camp and a tougher time making an instant impact. Campbell has been widely considered a candidate to go in the back half of the first round. It’s possible this shoulder injury slides him into Day 2, but Breer notably doesn’t go as far as to say that.

Juwan Johnson caught 4-of-5 targets for 16 yards in the Saints’ Week 5 loss to the Vikings.

Johnson had hovered around 50 yards in every game before today’s loss, but a shutdown Minnesota defense was more than enough to mute the production of every New Orleans pass-catcher. Things should improve for everyone when the Saints take on the Giants next week. Johnson will be a volume-based TE2 for Week 6.

Jaylen Wright rushed six times for 11 yards in the Dolphins’ Week 5 loss to the Bengals.

Wright entered the day questionable with a foot injury and wound up playing nine offensive snaps with special teams mixed in. The 23-year-old is the clear backup to Ollie Gordon for now, he is best left off fantasy rosters.

CJ Donaldson rushed four times for 13 yards in the Saints’ Week 5 loss to the Vikings, adding one catch for seven yards.

Alvin Kamara entered this game with a back injury and played just eight snaps in the second half, freeing up some extra work for Donaldson. He led the team in snaps, but Kendre Miller was the top option between the tackles, seeing 10 carries, one of which went for a touchdown. Even if Kamara remains on the injury report for Week 6, Donaldson won’t crack the FLEX rankings versus the Giants.

Ollie Gordon rushed 18 times for 88 yards and a touchdown in the Dolphins’ Week 5 loss to the Bengals.

Gordon continued to operate as the Dolphins’ No. 1 running back, scoring a touchdown for the second straight week. He took all of Miami’s red zone backfield touches and was tackled at the one yard line in the third quarter, coming close to his second touchdown of the day. He lost two yards the next play and the Dolphins did not convert. Gordon saw 42 snaps on the day and will be a low-end fantasy RB2 for Week 7 against the Jets after a Week 6 bye week.

Malik Nabers caught 11-of-20 targets for 121 yards and one touchdown in the Giants’ Week 5 tie with the Commanders.

Nabers saw 15 of his targets come in the second half after the Giants opted to abandon a mostly useless ground game in a game they trailed for most of the afternoon. Nabers came up with multiple big plays as the Giants mounted their comeback attempt, with his biggest coming on a leaping 17-yard touchdown in the end zone to tie the game at 27-27 with under two minutes to go in the game. Nabers had a key drop on a screen pass in overtime that had a chance to set up a big gain, but he made up for it later in the game with a 28-yard gain as the Giants were trying to position themselves for a potential game-winning field goal attempt. Nabers has now gone for 100-plus yards in back-to-back weeks and has found the end zone in both of those games. He seems to finally be hitting his stride after a slow start to the season, and will profile as a high-end WR2 in next week’s game against the Saints.

Alvin Kamara rushed three times for 12 yards in the Saints’ Week 5 loss to the Vikings.

He “added” two catches for -6 yards. Kamara rotated with Kendre Miller and CJ Donaldson throughout the game. Donaldson ultimately led the backfield in snaps, while Miller’s 10 carries paced the team. Kamara only touched the ball once in the second half and spent long stretches of the final two quarters on the sidelines with his helmet off. The team was likely managing his reps while he played through a back injury. He was listed as questionable heading into today’s game. As part of a three-man committee, Kamara is barely an RB4 for his Week 6 date with the Giants.

Isaiah Likely caught 11-of-13 targets for 94 yards and two touchdown in the Giants’ Week 5 tie with the Commanders

Likely set a new career-high with 11 receptions in this one, and came up with two clutch touchdowns in the process. His first score came on a three-yard strike from Jameis Winston on a third-and-goal play that the Giants needed to stay in the game, cutting the Commanders’ lead to 19-13. Then, in the fourth quarter and with the Giants facing a fourth-and-eight, Likely turned an eight-yard reception upfield for a 17-yard touchdown that nearly looked like a fumble and turnover at the goal-line. Likely has been targeted 25 times in his last two games and has now gone for 66 or more yards in three of five games to start the season. He’s starting to show good chemistry with Jameis Winston and will be on the TE1 radar in next week’s game against the Saints.

Garrett Wilson caught 7-of-11 targets for 104 yards and a touchdown in the Jets’ Week 5 win over the Browns.

The 100-yard effort was Wilson’s second in three weeks. It was no easy feat on a rainy afternoon in Jersey where Geno Smith completed only 17 passes. Wilson’s score was a 32-yarder where he spun out of a tackle for a catch-and-run house call. In addition to the 100-yard efforts, Wilson now has a score in three of his past four appearances. It’s like Wilson’s lost 2025 never happened, which is exactly what the Jets and fantasy managers were hoping for. A weekly fixture in the low-end WR1 ranks, Wilson has a Week 6 date with the Patriots.

Tanner Hudson caught 3-of-3 targets for 14 yards and a touchdown in the Bengals’ Week 5 win over the Dolphins.

Hudson saw three targets on the day, catching a Joe Burrow touchdown pass towards the end of the first half. The Bengals used all of their tight ends against Miami; Hudson saw 19 snaps while Mike Gesicki saw 28 and Erick All and Drew Sample tied with 33 snaps. It was a run-heavy day for Cincy, but the four tight ends all combined for nine targets. All caught all three of his targets for 25 yards while Sample caught his only target for five yards.
