  • LA Kicker #16

Rams declared K Joshua Karty, WR Xavier Smith, RB Jarquez Hunter, S Chris Smith II, OL David Quessenberry, and DE Desjuan Johnson inactive for Week 12 against the Buccaneers.
Karty is inactive for the second consecutive week, with the team electing to go with Harrison Mevis as their kicker. Smith (concussion) was unable to practice this week and will miss his first game of the year.
  • PHI Wide Receiver #11

Josina Anderson reports the Patriots maintain “they’re not giving up a first-round pick for A.J. Brown.”
Per Anderson, the Eagles adjusted their “multi-asset asking price” during their latest talks with the Pats. Our best guess is that the price of the brick went up after the Bears landed a second-round pick for DJ Moore. Even coming off a down year, Brown should still be viewed as a true WR1, especially for a New England offense that is littered with role-players. All signs point to a deal for Brown getting done before the draft, but Philly’s lofty demands could delay the move or price New England out entirely.
TE Smith can regain fantasy value with right team
No longer part of an "ugly" fantasy situation with the Steelers, Denny Carter lays out why tight end Jonnu Smith could regain his fantasy "viability" with the right offense in 2026.
  • GB Linebacker #44
Packers acquired LB Zaire Franklin from the Colts in exchange for DT Colby Wooden.
The 29-year-old, longtime Colt had a rough 2025 season, but is hoping for a “change of scenery” turnaround in Green Bay, where he will presumably be paired with Edgerrin Cooper. Franklin’s arrival should mean Quay Walker’s departure in free agency. An every-down player, Franklin is a “jack of all trades, master of none” even in the best of times, and last year was not his best of times.
  • LAC Outside Linebacker #52
Chargers signed EDGE Khalil Mack to a one-year, $18 million contract.
Mack briefly pondered retirement this offseason after 12 years at the professional level. The one-year contract is fully guaranteed and brings him back to the Chargers for a 13th season after playing for the franchise for the previous four years. Mack’s 113.0 career sacks currently are tied for 29th in NFL history, a mark he looks to improve upon on his new one-year deal.
  • MIN Tight End #87
Vikings restructured the contract of TE T.J. Hockenson.
The move saves $5 million against the cap for the Vikings in 2026, a franchise that is now scrambling to get under the salary cap following numerous high profile moves made the year prior. Hockenson is coming off the worst statistical season of his career following a devastating knee injury suffered in 2024. Now two years removed from the injury and playing with something to prove, the fantasy needle could be pointing up should he find more consistent quarterback play moving forward.
  • BAL Quarterback #5
Ravens signed QB Tyler Huntley to a two-year, $11 million contract.
Huntley has made 11 starts in five seasons with the Ravens, also starting five games for the Dolphins in 2024. He brings a level of familiarity with the system and allows the team added consistency should Lamar Jackson go down with injury due to his similar skill set, making the signing a no-brainer for both sides. A career 13-to-10 touchdown-to-interception ratio is less than sparkling, but his dual-threat abilities bring both upside and intrigue should he be forced into action.
  • SF Kicker #18
    49ers signed K Eddy Pineiro to a four-year, $17 million extension.
The deal includes $10 million in guaranteed money and ties Pineiro to San Francisco through the 2029 season. Kicking on a one-year deal in 2025, Pineiro converted all 22 attempts from inside 50 yards, also converting 6-of-7 attempts of 50 yards or more. His 96.6% conversion rate on 29 field goal attempts led the league, bringing stability to a position that long plagued the 49ers.
  • IND Defensive Lineman
Colts traded LB Zaire Franklin to the Packers for DL Colby Wooden.
It’s a pure player-for-player swap as the Packers further bolster the interior of their second level with Franklin, dealing the former fourth-round defensive tackle Colby Wooden in the deal. Franklin led the league in tackles in 2024 (173) and played the entirety of his eight-year NFL career in Indianapolis prior to the trade, giving the Packers a top tier linebacker to pair with Edgerrin Cooper with Quay Walker due to become a free agent Monday.
  • DEN Running Back #28
Broncos signed RB Tyler Badie to a $1.075 million contract.
The Broncos previously tendered exclusive rights free agent Tyler Badie, who now signs his $1.075 million deal with the team. Badie offers change of pace potential in addition to a typically robust role on special teams but is unlikely to return consistent fantasy utility without multiple injuries ahead of him on the depth chart.
  • KC Long Snapper #41
Chiefs re-signed LS James Winchester to a one-year, $1.75 million contract.
The contract is fully guaranteed and keeps Winchester as the highest-paid long snapper in the league. Winchester enters his 12th NFL season having played the entirety of his career in Kansas City.
  • PHI Defensive Tackle #90
Eagles signed DT Jordan Davis to a three-year, $78 million extension.
The deal includes a whopping $65 million in guaranteed money. Davis is now tied to the Eagles through the 2029 season after becoming the highest-paid nose tackle in NFL history with the extension. The former No. 13 overall pick in 2022 notched the second most solo tackles in 2025 amongst defensive linemen and also contributed five sacks.
