Ravens completed an interview with Jaguars DC Anthony Campanile for their head-coaching vacancy.

Baltimore’s process drags on. The Ravens had a 16-coach list (that we know of), and are beginning the second interview phase shortly. Of Baltimore’s interviews, Kevin Stefanski and Robert Saleh have come off the board already. It looks like Anthony Weaver, Jesse Minter, and Joe Brady are early finalists for the position. It’s Campanile’s second head coaching interview, and with the Dolphins job now secured, his only active lead towards being a head coach.

    Dolphins waived QB Cam Miller.

With Miller cut and Quinn Ewers traded, the Dolphins currently have 2026 UDFA Mark Gronowski as their Malik Willis backup. It seems obvious they’ll add to the position in the next few days.
Robinson's injury should not change fantasy lineup
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson was removed from practice this week after a head injury. Kyle Dvorchak breaks down why managers shouldn't move Robinson off their lineups just yet.

Bears coach Ben Johnson said Luther Burden (hamstring) looks “100 percent.”

This jives with what beat writers reported yesterday, but the coach saying it means we should probably expect Burden to be ready for Week 1. He’s a high-ceiling WR2/WR3 stab in drafts on an offense that Johnson has said wants to set the NFL scoring record.

    Bills traded C Sedrick Van Pran-Granger and a 2027 seventh-round pick to the Colts for a 2027 sixth-round pick.

Pran-Granger has started two games for the Bills over the last two seasons after being picked in the fifth round in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Falcons acquired DL Gervon Dexter from the Bears in exchange for DB Clark Phillips and a fifth-round pick.

ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler first reported the news. Dexter was finally traded after days of speculation that he could be on the move. Dexter had a career-high six sacks last year, but ultimately wasn’t a fit with the Bears defense. Falcons GM Ian Cunningham worked in the Bears front office when they made Dexter a second-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. Entering the final year of his rookie contract, Dexter is eligible for an extension. With Da’Shawn Hand missing most of the preseason with a leg injury, Dexter could start right away for the Falcons.

Lions coach Dan Campbell said he’s “comfortable” with Jacob Saylors as Jahmyr Gibbs’ backup running back if Isiah Pacheco (back) isn’t able to play in Week 1.

This is probably forecasting that Pacheco will be doubtful at best for Week 1. Fantasy managers in deeper leagues can speculatively pick up Saylors, who had 17 carries for 100 yards in Detroit’s win over the Colts on Saturday. Saylors led the UFL in rushing in 2024 and finished second in the league in 2025 before signing with the Lions that offseason.

Colts WR Keenan Allen was arrested early on Sunday morning and charged with DWI and DWI endangering a person.

The Colts released a statement noting that they were aware of the charges and are in the information gathering process. Allen was arrested in downtown Indianapolis after the Colts’ first preseason game around 1 a.m. ET. More updates to come, we’re sure, but obviously this is not a great look for Allen.

    Steelers released LB Jamin Davis.

Davis is a former first-round pick by the Commanders who will now be looking for his fourth organization in four years. The Steelers also released WR Levi Wentz.

Zavion Thomas caught all five of his targets for 140 yards and a touchdown in the Bears’ preseason win over the Titans on Saturday.

The score and the bulk of the yardage came on one play, a 97-yard connection with Tyson Bagent. Thomas has some of the best speed of any rookie wideout — or any wideout regardless of age — and while he’s dealt with injuries in camp, the ability to grab and go is apparent. He’s not likely to be a significant contributor to begin the year, but he’s someone who has to be monitored in this Chicago passing attack.

    Texans released QB Brett Rypien.

Rypien was signed shortly after Graham Mertz suffered a torn ACL in the middle of August. The 30-year-old seems likely to make the practice squad, unless Houston finds a signal-caller they like more for that spot.

ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports that the Saints are keeping Spencer Rattler despite trade interest.

Rattler will remain the backup signal-caller behind Tyler Shough, it appears. The 25-year-old showed some flashes — short flashes, but flashes — when operating as the starter with New Orleans, but it’s hard to see him being more than a depth option going forward.
