Brkic

Brkic (6'3/201) was one of the Lou Groza Award finalists in 2021 as well as an All-Big 12 second-team selection. He held a field goal accuracy rate of 76.9% in both the 2020 and 2021 seasons, achieving 100% back in 2019 when he was successful on 17-of-17 attempts. He made every one of his extra-point attempts in 2019 and 2020, missing just one PAT in 2021 (57-of-58). One of the brightest moments of Brkic’s career came when he tied an FBS single-game record with three field goal makes of at least 50 yards (51, 56, and 55) along with a 26-yard make in the season opener vs. Tulane. He will push Greg Joseph, who is due a non-guaranteed RFA tender amount of $2.433 million.
