Jerry Richardson, Jr. was added to the published field of this week’s Wyndham Championship.

Richardson, Jr. was given one of the last two sponsor exemptions into the field of 156. He qualified via a four-spotter at last year’s edition and finished T49 in what has remained his only start in a PGA TOUR event. He’s from Burlington, North Carolina, which is about 20 miles east of Greensboro, site of Sedgefield Country Club. In early May, Richardson, Jr. won an eGolf Professional Tour event during which he scored a hole-in-one in his final round. He’s currently 14th on the circuit’s money list.
