Watch: Rory shows off soccer trick skills on Instagram

The latest social media challenge taking over the Internet involves a little more skill than dumping an ice-cold bucket of water on your head.

In a partnership with his fragrance line (obviously), international soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has started the #CR7Challenge, which is basically just doing your best soccer juggling trick, uploading the video to Instagram, and then nominating seven others to do the same.

Ronaldo showed off his sweet moves and then called out his very high-profile friends, including Conor McGregor, Niall Horan and Rory McIlroy.

McIlroy, who tore an ankle ligament during a soccer game in 2015, responded on Monday with some pretty decent tricks himself, and then called out a bunch of golfers, including Tiger Woods.

Considering Woods just got the OK from his doctor to start pitching a couple of weeks ago, it may be a while before we see his submission.
