Cowboys signed DT Jonas Seawright, formerly of the Giants.
Seawright, 27, looks the part at 6'6/340 but has been out of the league for the last two years. He’s a big long shot to make the Cowboys as a nose tackle.

Free agent DL Sam Rayburn is expected to visit the Giants next week.
The Jints are trying to root out some of their young interior linemen that have been major disappointments. Rayburn, who met with the Bills on Tuesday, also could visit San Francisco, where he’d be tried as a 3-4 defensive end.

The Giants hope second-year defensive tackle Jonas Seawright can contribute in their down-line rotation.
The 6-6/340-pounder was an undrafted free agent out of North Carolina in 2005. He spent his rookie season on the practice squad and added nearly 30 pounds to his frame. Seawright could team with Barry Cofield to replace Kendrick Clancy as the Giants’ nose tackle.
