Phillies acquired RHP Adam Worthington from the Diamondbacks to complete September’s Mike Zagurski trade.
The Phils swapped Zagurski to the Diamondbacks for a player to be named later. Worthington, 24, posted a 4.48 ERA and 69/32 K/BB ratio over 62 1/3 innings as a reliever with High-A Visalia this season.
