This one has been in the workings for a while, but it couldn’t become official until Ramirez’s 16th birthday, which was Wednesday. He’s considered one of the top outfield prospects in the 2018 international class, as the 6-foot-2, 180-pound Ramirez has a chance for solid tools across the board, including the chance to hit for power and to be a solid defender in a corner outfield position.
