The 23-year-old hurler spent the 2019 season in the Pirates’ organization where he posted a 4.33 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 48/31 K/BB ratio across 52 innings of work at Double-A Altoona. He’ll add minor league bullpen depth for the Rays.
