Diamondbacks signed RHP Justin Fitzgerald to a minor league contract.
The 28-year-old spent the 2013 season in the Giants organization, posting a 5.61 ERA, 1.56 WHIP and 65/33 K/BB ratio in 77 innings at Triple-A Fresno. He’s nothing more than organizational rotation depth.
