Stories involving Jose Canseco keep getting stranger and stranger. The former major leaguer accidentally shot his middle finger off on October 29 and it was surgically reattached. Apparently, the procedure didn’t do the job based on some of Canseco’s recent tweets.

My finger should have been amputated from the beginning. It was very loose with no bone to connect it.it was also smelling really bad.

Question: If the finger falls off in the middle of a poker hand and hits the table, does it count as a check?
