Mets ace Matt Harvey visited a doctor in New York on Wednesday evening for a left ankle injury that has been bothering him for over a month. But all is well, per MLB.com’s Anthony DiComo ...
A little extra wrapping on the ankle and some between-outings treatment should do the trick. Harvey will make his fourth start of the 2015 campaign on Saturday afternoon at Yankee Stadium. The 26-year-old right-hander is 3-0 with a 3.50 ERA, 1.00 WHIP, and 24/1 K/BB ratio through 18 innings (three starts) this season.
Matt Harvey is dealing with a mild left ankle sprain, #Mets say. He will not miss a start.
