Charles Shackleford was arrested on drug and weapons charges in North Carolina.
The 39-year-old former NBA bust and troubled N.C. State star was in a vehicle being driven by a 19-year-old woman and is facing charges of carrying a concealed weapon, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine.
