The Heat signed guard Jeremy Richardson on Thursday.
Richardson played sparingly in six NBA games last season with Atlanta and Portland and averaged 17.6 points in 33 games with Fort Worth of the NBA Development League. He’s a long shot to make the team’s final roster.

The Miami Heat waived four players on Monday, releasing guards Brian Chase and Jeremy Richardson and forwards Marcus Slaughter and Devin Green.
That gives them the roster limit of 15 players on the eve of opening night.

The Spurs signed forward Jeremy Richardson on Thursday.
He was waived by the Grizzlies on Monday, who signed Bobby Jones ealier on Thursday. Richardson isn’t likely to see the light of day with the Spurs barring severe injury issues.

Jeremy Richardson saw his first action as a member of the Spurs on Saturday, finishing with five points, one rebound and one steal in seven minutes.
Richardson scored more than starter Bruce Bowen (one point) and nearly equaled the scoring of starter Fabricio Oberto (six points). Unfortunately, he’s not going to have any fantasy value at the end of the Spurs’ bench.

Swingman Jeremy Richardson, cut in favor of Penny Hardaway at the end of training camp by the Heat, is averaging 28.5 points for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.
“That was their decision,” he said of losing out to Hardaway, who was waived Wednesday. “I think they regret it. I think they’re regretting it right now. I feel like I should be there.”

The Spurs on Sunday re-signed swingman Jeremy Richardson, who originally signed with the team on January 10.
Richardson has played in three games for the Spurs, averaging 1.7 PPG. Prior to joining the Grizzlies, he played with Fort Wayne of the NBA’s D-League, averaging a league-high 28.5 PPG in eight contests.

The Grizzlies are reportedly going to sign forward Jeremy Richardson to replace Tarence Kinsey, who they cut on Tuesday.
Richardson, who has played for Atlanta, Portland and Miami, is leading the D League in scoring at 28.5 points per game. The Grizzlies had too many guards to give Kinsey minutes, but they’re not exactly thin at forward either; at least when Pau Gasol and Darko Milicic are healthy.

Jeremy Richardson was waived by the Grizzlies on Monday. He was signed on December 20th, and although he could be re-signed to a 10-day contract, for now the Grizzlies’ roster stands at 13 players.
Richardson appeared in three NBA games, accumulating one rebound and one assist in 15 minutes played.

The Hawks signed guard Jeremy Richardson to a 10-day contract on Monday.
After pulling off a four-for-one trade, the Hawks have some open roster spots to fill. Richardson played with Memphis and San Antonio this season, but isn’t likely to have much fantasy value with the Hawks, either.

Jeremy Richardson is going to get some run for the Grizzlies (once he officially signs), who are hopeful that he’ll be able to provide an offensive spark to the team after leading the D League in scoring this season.
“He’s a very talented offensive player,” GM Chris Wallace said. “He comes off screens very well. He can shoot the three...We’re trying to catch lightning in a bottle.” We grabbed him in a 30-team league, also hoping to catch “lightning in a bottle,” but we’re not holding our breath. He’s scheduled to make his Grizzlies’ debut on Friday against the Pistons.
