It was not a good night for the Warriors.

They seemed flat and disinterested, while the Lakers looked like a young, athletic team that’s both having fun and showing improvement. The Lakers won for a reason.

Nothing probably encapsulated the night better than Larry Nance Jr.'s monster dunk over David West. It started with a Klay Thompson missed shot (he was 4-of-18 on the night), the Lakers got out and pushed the ball upcourt, the Warriors were sloppy in getting back and matching up, and the result was Nance getting open going down the lane. He all but Heisman’s West on the play.

Lakers fans should be happy with how this young season is shaking out.
